Pursuant to article 456 of the criminal procedure law, a final and unappalled criminal judgment shall be enforced promptly to ensure the national penal power.  To carefully enforce the sentences and to improve the short capacity of prisons, our office takes generous policy on application of converting imprisonment into fine.
