1.Illegal corruption of personnel of the Administration soliciting or accepting bribe when executing duty.
2.Procurement involving conspired group bidding, bid rigging, disclosure of base bid, dishonest checking and receiving, or other illegal activity.
3.Defraudment of money and property by the personnel of the Administration when executing duty.
4.Acceptance of improper meals or gifts, lobbying by the personnel of the Administration.
5.Entering improper locations by the personnel of the Administration.
6.Other related illegal corrupt activities.
