Hi-Tech Environment
To promote a better prosecution service and to safeguard human rights, our office has equipped with hi-tech equipment as follows: (1) Video-taped interrogation room: All interrogation rooms have video tape equipment to record all activities happened in the room for future scrutiny. (2) Prompt-delivered transcripts: While a person is making statement in the interrogation room, a clerk types the statement and shows it through computer monitor for immediate examining. (3) On-line identification made in the comfort room: An on-line identification room is stationed in the interrogation room 27 which can be connected through an on-line TV system in the comfort room for victims/witnesses to identify the defe
